Rep. Barney Frank is a career politician from the Greater Boston area. The Newton Democrat will be on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” this evening. NBC sent Monsters and Critics the video of Frank ahead of broadcast.
Frank is making his second appearance on Leno and is a guest tonight with actress Demi Moore and the band Train.
