Embattled actor Charlie Sheen is leaving “Two and a Half Men,” according to People.
“Charlie’s just done...and he’s quietly telling his friends he’s not coming back,” says the People source on the CBS set.
Sheen was asking $2 million per episode for the CBS comedy’s eighth season according to Access Hollywood.
The series is the top-rated comedy on network TV.
Charlie's old salary was $875,000 an episode.
Sheen is struggling in his marriage to Brooke Mueller, an Florida socialite in rehab herself, who is the mother of his twins. The couple have been tabloid foddder since Charlie's December 25, 2009 arrest on domestic violence charges.
