Brooke Burke likely sidecar to host Tom Bergeron on DWTS

Hit reality show Dancing With The Stars (DWTS) released Samantha Harris from her contract and went on a search for a new right hand to host with Tom Bergeron.

Harris served alongside Bergeron for years as the segue interviewer who would capture the dancers after performance for their take on their dance and how the judges interpreted them by score.

According to Bergeron, who tweeted March 4: @GHchick84 A clue/hint, eh? She's been a contestant. That probably didn't help, did it?    8:02 PM Mar 4th   via web  in reply to GHchick84 we can safely assume the new co-host will be female and a former DWTS contestant.

Star magazine claims the new pick is former ballroom champ Brooke Burke.

ABC has not confirmed this as of yet.

Bergeron then tweeted this: "I saw the leaked report as well. They're also reporting my joke that Bruno is setting up a day care center for Kate as fact. Just sayin.' "about 21 hours ago via web

Dancing with the Stars season 10 co-host candidate Brooke Burke, 38, is it, says Star Magazine, already reporting the mother of four has the job.

Latin and ballroom savant Burke won Dancing with the Stars season 7 with professional partner Derek Hough, received a record 19 perfect 10s from judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli during her competition.

Other possibilities were Melissa Rycroft, a reject from The Bachelor, and Mel B, who show insiders had a "wild energy."
