Kate Gosselin, Pamela Anderson on Dancing With the Stars

First it was leaked that Pamela Anderson was to compete on "Dancing with the Stars," and now the reality mom of eight, TLC star Kate Gosselin is now confirmed to compete on the long running ABC competition.

Gosselin will compete on Dancing With the Stars, the Washington Post reports.

Gosselin, 34, is reportedly practicing her ballroom dips and swerves at the Beverly Wilshire hotel, according to Los Angeles radio station K-Earth 101.

The ABC show premieres March 22.

The celebrity contestants will be announced Monday night during "The Bachelor" finale.

Pro dancer Lacey Schwimmer is reportedly off the show, and Karina Smirnoff is staying despite rumors to the contrary.  Schwimmer announced on Twitter that she will not be in competition this time around. “Hey twitterbugs!” the three-time “DWTS” pro, who has been paired up with Mark Dacascos, Steve-O and Lance Bass, tweeted.  “I will not be doing DWTS this season. But be sure to tune in!”

In January, Samantha Harris was cut from the show, and her replacement has yet to be announced. So far, former DWTS contestants Mel B and Brooke Burke are rumored to be front runners for the hosting gig.
