Reality TV diva drama: Kim Kardashian too busy to see JWOWW

Is it a case of "Jersey Shore" versus "Keeping up with the Kardashians"?

The MTV reality show is killing in the ratings and public interest, more than the older show on E!, "Keeping up with the Kardashians." which follows the lives of the Calabasas retail clan that counts ex Olympian Bruce Jenner as a step-dad.  The Kardashian kids (Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr.) grew up watching their dad Robert Kardashian Sr. defend O.J. Simpson before he died at the age of 59 from cancer.

FOX Pop Tarts reports that the entrepreneurial Kim Kardashian has a Bebe fashion show where a new line of clothing was revealed, and one of the invitees to the fashion show, Jenni "JWOWW" Farley, took the spotlight away from her.

The new line, called Bebe-Karadashian was supposed to be front and center, but according to the Tarts, JWOWW was stealing all the thunder.

JWOWW was placed in the front row at Kardashian's show and the Tarts claim she was the real center of all attention as photographers snapped her every move. 

Kim was not receptive to meeting JWOWW due to obligations backstage, according to her people, as a snubbed Farley shared with Pop Tarts, "I really wanted to go there just to meet Kim, but that didn't happen.  I don't know why.  I was really wishing that I could meet her, I don't know if it was because there too much media surrounding me, or I took too long answering the media questions.  I don't know what happened."
