The Who lead singer Roger Daltrey and guitarist Pete Townshend may qualify for their AARP cards, but they kicked the doors down with a rousing montage of their greatest hits to an SRO crowd in Miami at the Super Bowl half time.
Carrie Underwood sang the national anthem as four F-15s zoomed over the stadium at the Sun Life Stadium.
The Who performed a mashed up set that included hits such as Pinball Wizard, Teenage Wasteland, Who are You and Won't get Fooled Again.
Their full-circle stage stretched from one 30-yard line to the other, as guitarist Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey pulled off an energetic set that harkened classic performances from their youth.
