Paula Abdul may be DWTS, Megan Fox is not X-Factor-ing

In the network news that does not involve NBC, ABC looks to pickup the unattached Paula Abdul with a rumored fat development deal for $1 million with a caveat: she must bust out those dancing shoes and get down with Tom Bergeron, Bruno, Carrie Ann, Len and all the gang in the makeup trailer for some "Dancing with the Stars" this season.
But that's not confirmed, just hearsay currently from the TMZers.
There's another rumor going around that actress Megan Fox will be sharing the judging panel with "Idol's" Simon Cowell on the "X-Factor," but Megan's rep confirms to "Extra" that it's false.
Cowell will be leaving "Idol" at the end of the current season in order to bring his successful UK show the "X-Factor" to the US.
