Tune in alert: This Friday night in the January 22 premiere episode of Season 18, Jonathan welcomes comedian Catherine Tate who chats about her experience filming Doctor Who and reveals she’s moving into movies and is currently writing her first feature film.

Ross is one of the BBC’s best known personalities who has a knack for blending humor and pop culture every week with America and Britain’s brightest and musical performances.

Last season, Jonathan welcomed Ricky Gervais, Vince Vaughn, Christopher Walken, Gerard Butler, Shakira and Jay Z as well as musical legends Barry Manilow and Barbara Streisand and this season continues the excitement with exclusive interviews and guest musical performances.

Also joining Jonathan is Beowulf and The Departed actor, Ray Winstone who promotes his upcoming movie with Mel Gibson, Edge of Darkness.

Ray also voices his opinions about recently visiting Afghanistan and the troops there, “These boys are out there protecting my kids. It’s not a war like Iraq, there’s a reason to be there. They have a belief in serving and protecting their country.”

And British choreographer and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips discusses her feelings about her departure from the UK hit show Strictly Come Dancing, “It felt like it was happening to somebody else.”

She also comments on the rumors that her age was the cause of her departure which she says was not an issue and she admits to Jonathan that she still watches the show after leaving. Later a musical performance by British pop singer Pixie Lott.
