Molestation charges for Shane Sparks, of SYTYCD and MTV's 'America's Best Dance Crew

Shane Sparks attends Childrens Hospital Fundraiser ©Rick Stephens / PR PhotosSparks, 40, received an Emmy nomination for choreography work on ”So You Think You Can Dance.”Sparks was arrested Saturday (Dec. 19, 2009) morning on suspicion of felony child molestation, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. He was taken into custody at his North Hollywood home at 8 a.m., said Officer Gregory Baek to the news media. He is being held in lieu of $590,000 bail.According to local Los Angeles news sources, including the Los Angeles Times and TMZ.com, the eight-count felony complaint stems from lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14, starting in 1994.
