Mythbusters Unarmed and Unharmed airs December 9 (Videos)

The series takes on Hollywood as Adam and Jamie revisit the Wild West for a quick draw gun-slinging experiment, while Grant, Tory and Jessi hop on board the MythBus for another manic myth from the movie "Speed."
Discovery's "Mythbusters Unarmed and Unharmed airs this December 9 at 9 PM E/P.
The series takes on Hollywood as Adam and Jamie revisit the Wild West for a quick draw gun-slinging experiment, while Grant, Tory and Jessi hop on board the MythBus for another manic myth from the movie "Speed."
In old Westerns, the good guy disarms the bad guy with a single sharp shootin' shot and everything turns out swell, so Adam and Jamie head out to the range to test this tall tale.
In the meantime, Grant, Tory and Jessi take on another movie myth. To determine if a key scene from the movie "Speed" is possible, the team recreates the conditions on a smaller scale and ramps it up to see if a bus can actually clear a 50-foot gap.

Can you really shoot a gun out of someone's hand without inflicting injury? To test this myth, Adam invents a "paddle gun" to simulate the sting of a speeding bullet.
