Did you get a gander at Rihanna last night on the AMA's?
She's weathered the whole Chris Brown thing, taking that energy and mining it for her latest efforts in music.
Welcome to the Madhouse, replete with masking tape pants:
Now, Lifetime Television and ABC News are giving viewers a second chance to see music superstar Rihanna’s exclusive emotional interview with Diane Sawyer where she publicly revealed for the first time what happened last February with singer and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
The interview -- which originally aired on Friday, November 6, on ABC’s 20/20 -- is now re-airing in a half-hour format as Rihanna Speaks Out: A Lifetime and 20/20 Special premiering on Wednesday, November 25, at 10 pm ET/PT on Lifetime Television.
Rihanna talks candidly about the incident which resulted in the couple’s relationship being shattered and Brown being sentenced to community labor, five years probation and one year of domestic-violence counseling.
In addition, she talks openly about growing up in Barbados, her family life, and how she has been doing since that fateful February night. Rihanna Speaks Out: A Lifetime and 20/20 Special will encore on Lifetime Television on Wednesday, November 25, at 10:30pm and Thursday, November 26, at 1:00am and 1:30am.
“Rihanna’s decision to speak with Diane Sawyer about her personal experience with domestic violence was an incredibly brave act and we applaud her,” said JoAnn Alfano, Executive Vice President, Entertainment, Lifetime Networks. “Rihanna Speaks Out ties directly into our dedication to women’s advocacy – it is at the heart of our network. Her courage provides hope and inspiration for the nearly one in four women in the United States who fall victim to domestic violence.”
