All this comes as “The Jay Leno Show” - just two months into a two-year deal - is being heralded by industry insiders as a total ratings boondoggle, thanks to the timing of it, not the host or his talent.MSNBC quoted Marc Berman’s Mediaweek column, “The Programming Insider,” which labeled the show as DOA: “It’s an enormous flop,” said Berman.
