EPA/RAINER JENSENSo it seemed fitting he was there at the MTV EMAs lat night held in Berlin.The star of American TV shows like "Baywatch" and the old "Knight Rider" served as presenter at the star studded gala last night and appeared to be losing the sobriety battle.The Hoff came up on stage to announce the “Best Rock” award at the 2009 EMA’s held in Berlin. In a strange segue Hoff lectures the crowd about the Berlin wall and its history, assuring the crowd he did not cause the collapse of the infamous partition that divided the Russian-controlled East Berlin from the free Western side.We aren't sure what is going here, have a gander:
