From toilet crushers to maple syrup processers to camel ranchers, Mike serves as apprentice to the hard-working and skilled men and women who make civilized life possible for the rest of us each and every day.
"Tofu Maker," Premieres Tuesday, November 3 at 9PM ET/PT
Mike heads to California to spend a day at an electronic waste recycling facility and gets to spend some special time inside a machine called the Super Granulator. Then he travels to Honolulu to learn what it takes to make tofu, a high protein food that is considered a staple in many places around the world.
