MTV's ongoing non-reality reality TV show "The Hills' has just written some new storylines for a yet-to-be aired episode of the soap opera for the Southern California elite.

Spencer Pratt's younger sibling Stephanie Pratt was popped for DUI and is in jail cooling her heels.
The bust went down late Saturday night/Sunday morning according to E!, as the 23 year-old was arrested in Hollywood at 3:45 AM.
PSA time: If you are on the road at 3:45 AM, you better be wrapping up a night shift at work or taking your pregnant wife to the hospital. Otherwise expect to be pulled over.
Pratt's bail is set at $5,000.
E! claims the sotted mirthmaking for Pratt was due to her attending Holly Montag's 26th birthday at some Hollywood "hot spot." Montag is the sister of Heidi Montag, who allegedly married Spencer Pratt.
