After November, the show is going bye-bye.
After their marriage hit the rocks and smashed to pieces in full tabloid glory, with paparazzi swarms chronicling the couple's unfortunate fashion statements, now the money making celebration of mass baby making is dead in the water.
"'Jon & Kate Plus 8' will be done in mid to late November," a TLC spokeswoman told ABCNews.com today, declining to comment further.
Cut off the show earlier, Jon Gosselin elected to blitz smallcreen shows like Larry King on CNN pleading his case, and explaining his position in the matter. He was livid that TLC had essentially chosen to stick with Kate, and toss him to the curb.
The divorce proceedings for Jon and Kate Gosselin look to derail the whole operation.
According to ABC, Gosselin's lawyers met with a court-appointed arbitrator Tuesday to hash over the details of joint accounts and money. Kate Gosselin accused her ex of taking $230,000 from their joint bank account.
On "The Insider" last week, Jon Gosselin said he only took $22,000, and now Gosselin is court-ordered to return $180,000 of the funds he allegedly withdrew from the account.
If he doesn't repay the money (he says he did not remove) by Oct. 26, he'll have to appear before the judge for a contempt proceeding.
ABC also claims that Jon has been sucked into the family folds of manager and attorney Mike and Mark Heller and galpal Hailey Glassman, and is celebrating Jewish holidays now.
"This is the first year I will celebrate Hanukkah," he told ParentDish.com in an interview posted on the site Oct. 9. "Hailey is Jewish. Everyone in my life is Jewish now, my attorney. I love it. I'm now half Jewish and half Korean. The family values are great. On Christmas, I'll see my kids during the day for a couple of hours."
He also shared he loves Challah bread too.
