Ex "The View" chatterbox Star Jones claims that Roman Polanski's race excused him from due process of the law.
Appearing on "The Insider" TV entertainment news show, former attorney Jones let the Polish director have it with her withering commentary, saying "three hots and a cot" was what the convicted child rapist deserved.Jones explained that "Hollywood loved him" and that fact, combined with his wealth and race, gave him a "get out of jail free" pass for the last thirty years.
In her argument she compared director Roman Polanski to black director Spike Lee, and noted that if Lee admitted to having sex with a minor, he wouldn't have been allowed to camp out in France for over 30 years.
"He's white, he's rich ... I didn't stutter. I think it's a class and a privilege thing," Jones said during a discussion on 'The Insider.'
