Jon Gosselin keeps making mistakes, and enemies

Portly papa of eight, Jon Gosselin, who has lobbied for public opinion of late, appearing on CNN's Larry King and The Insider with Donny Osmond, defending his fatherhood duties, and mea culpa-ing over his bad ol' Ed Hardy days, is now seemingly out of luck with his lawyer.
TMZ.com, attorney Harvey Levin's online construct, reveals Gosselin attorney Mark Heller, a lawyer with a past, was sponsored by a Pennsylvania attorney Michael Marino who vouched for the New Yorker.
After it was revealed that Heller has been suspended, TMZ speculated that perhaps Marino distanced himself from Heller for obvious reasons.
According to TMZ, Marino wrote the court a letter in which he took back his Heller sponsorship, "My motion ... is hereby withdrawn."
On top of this revelation, Jon's ex Kate Gosselin has filed paperwork asking for child support and temporary spousal support after the joint kitty was raided by Jon, taking nearly $230,000 from their bank account.
Kate's attorney Mark Momjian told reporters,“She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator’s decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes.”
Kate’s application for child support and temporary support was filed last week around the same time as an emergency petition asking a Montgomery County judge to order Jon to return the money, according to Momjian.
In the meantime, reality television stars Nancy Grace and Bethenny Frankel each have ripped Gosselin a new one over the whole Gosselin pap/tabloid media storm.
Grace has come out in her classic Georgia legal pit-bull style excoriating Jon, and "Real Housewife" Bethenny took a shot at Gosselin too during a Tuesday night panel on "The Insider."
"I think you're defeated. You need to pull yourself up from your bootstraps and get back to your kids and get your crap together," said Frankel. "You need to pull it together."
Jon told PopEater.com that he felt "ambushed" by Nancy Grace during the Insider interview. Gosselin said, "I was really afraid going into the Nancy Grace interview. She's a retired DA, so I was like 'Oh, crap.' I don't know much about her ... They told me about Nancy Grace, so I had my attorney there in case she asked me any legal questions I wouldn't be able to answer, or I didn't want to incriminate myself in any way. I think I held my own with her. She combated me, but I had some good points that they edited out. She yelled – and she did yell, by the way -- saying, 'Why are you here now when your kids are at home?' I said I didn't have custody, so I couldn't be home. She said 'Well you could be in Pennsylvania.' I said 'Well I'm here now, and hey, Nancy, I know you live in New York and Georgia and I know you have twins... who's with your twins?'"
Gosselin continued: "She shut up real quick. But by the end of the interview, she could really see my side of the story because she was going straight out of the tabloids and what people have told me. She had to do her job to interrogate me, I answered all of her questions and I have nothing to hide. She yelled at me because basically she's married and wouldn't want to see her ex-husband out there with other girls. Really, the only girl I've ever been with was Hailey. She's stood by me and supported me and stayed out of the divorce and all she wants to do is stand by my side. We just want to get through this as fast as we can."
No word on designer Christian Audigier continuing his summer bromance with Gosselin, who he was sidling up to for a while in hopes that Gosselin would represent his Ed Hardy line, allegedly.
Back in August, Gosselin and Audigier together hosted a wild party in Vegas at the MGM Grand. Before that Jon was snapped loving on Hailey Glassman, age 22, on the Ed Hardy designer's yacht in the South of France.
