Jon Gosselin is fighting mad and is determined to ruin Kate's chances of continuing a reality empire, if he is cut out of the picture.
The father of eight children, who made a great living off the fact he was the father of eight children, is now blocking his kid's financial futures by stopping production on the TLC revised reality show, "Kate Plus 8."
Papa Jon has been a busy boy, hanging out with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier, and a bevy of not-so-beauties that have diverted the portly dad of eight. His wife Kate has quietly tried to maintain an income and take care of the brood as Jon cavorted in Vegas and other tabloid-splayed locales.
Now that Jon Gosselin will no longer be a part of TLC's reality show, the estranged husband of Kate Gosselin has assembled a team of lawyers to demand the show cease production immediately or face a court battle.
"Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon's family home for any reason," a letter from his attorney said, according to CBS News. "In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authorities to effectuate police action against any trespassers."
"Its pretty clear what's going on. Now that Jon isn't going to be on the show, he wants the show to end. All these years he's maintained that the kids aren't harmed by the show, but the minute he's removed from the show, suddenly it's bad for his family," said a CBS source.
Insiders tell various tabloids and websites like TMZ.com that Gosselin became enraged at the news of TLC cutting him off at the knees.
