Au revoir and adios to Macy Gray and Ashley Hamilton, who were voted off the ABC dancing reality competition.
Now, the field is down to fourteen as the challenges become more intricate and the injuries will undoubtedly start piling up.
Ashley Hamilton and Michael Irvin were the bottom two men, and it was George Hamilton's handsome son who took the bullet.
Macy Gray and Kathy Ireland were the bottom of the women's tally, and Macy sort of shrugged it off as no biggie in her exit interview, Macy seemed like she was slightly annoyed by the whole experience.
Ozzy and Sharon's lovely daughter Kelly Osbourne replayed her winning waltz, and the praise has put some extra wind beneath her wings; she has a good chance to go far in the series.
The tribute to Patrick Swayze involved the pros who reenacted some of his famous dance numbers from key movies; it was a sweet sentiment but the execution was a bit off at times.
Of note was the "Loser's Club" that interviewed all the first to go axed players: Jeffrey Ross, Penn Jillette, and Kenny Mayne. Mayne is a riot.
The Lion King segment was well down. I loved the giant lumbering elephant, and all the "animals" choreographed on the tight stage. Such a nice surprise.
Also Adam Carolla was amusing as a drill sergeant / coach pumping up the dudes to take the win from the ladies, and his quips with Donny Osmond and Michael Irvin worked well.
