Gay agenda, "Thugs", abortion and healthcare reform opposition were the high notes of the Washington-based Values Voter Summit, that featured an appearance by ex beauty queen Carrie Prejean, Gov. Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota and numerous heroes of the Right.
The object of the vitriol was President Obama as the importance of faith and values, and defeat of the proposed health care reform was top of the list.
“This proposal needs to get killed,” Mr. Pawlenty told the crowd, according to FOX news. “It is a bad idea.”
Pawlenty referenced the late President Ronald Reagan and the Bible to an SRO standing ovation.
The Democratic National Committee quickly responded to Mr. Pawlenty’s speech: “It looks like Tim Pawlenty isn’t even going to offer the pretense of being anything but an extreme right wing radical anymore. At least it’s honest, and if you’ve seen what he’s said on health care lately you know that’s a rare feat,” said Hari Sevugan, a D.N.C. spokesman.
Also appearing at the event were FOX's Bill O’Reilly, reality TV star Stephen Baldwin, Bill Bennett, Gov. Mitt Romney, Dr. Ted Baehr and Gov. Rick Perry among the listed guests. Not appearing at the event were GOP and conservative media favorites Glenn Beck, Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh.

Feminism has wreaked havoc on marriage, women, children and men. It is time to redress the disorder it has wrought and that must start with getting the principles and ideals for a new "masculinism" right. Such a "masculinism" will have its dovetailing counterpart in a new "feminism" for they mutually define each other and, in nature, are meant to be complementary. This panel will begin this exploration.
