Jon Gosselin's TV interview reveals insecurity as he bashes Kate

Allegedly not the sharpest tool in the drawer, a gussied up Jon Gosselin, the "Jon" of TLC's obliterated series, "Jon & Kate Plus Eight," is using the court of public opinion to plead his case.

Jon is aided by a publicist and assorted behind-the-scenes team Jon Gosselin supplicants hell bent on keeping the portly papa in the cash cow reality TV business.

Exhibiting judgement befitting of Anne_Heche, Jon blasts the mother of his children, Kate Gosselin, whining about her going on all the fabulous travel trips promoting their lucrative family business of exploiting their enormous family.

Jon Gosselin whined about his ex Kate's constant verbal abuse on "Good Morning America" this morning, saying he "despises" her.

"I don't trust her anymore," he tells reporter Chris Cuomo. "I was abused ... I'm not going back to that lifestyle."

Noticeably out of his favored Ed Hardy T-shirts, he continued his complaints that Kate was oblivious to his overwhelmed state from his parenting obligations and how caring for his own children was an onerous task he had to endure. "You don't even think about what's going on around you. You just do what you got to do to survive."

Jon laments how his kids are going to fare in the future. Maybe he could have thought of this prior to opening up his life for public viewing pleasure.

For his part, Jon blames Kate all the way around for everything: "She made the first move. She knows the truth," he says. "I wish to God, she would speak from emotions ... She's not speaking from the heart."
