MTV and Diddy have fired over the latest in the reality show that takes aspiring pop stars and polishes them up a bit, with Sean P. Diddy Combs' team guidance.

Fourteen Artists compete for an exclusive recording contract from Bad Boy Records and a career launch supervised by Combs. Celebrity guest appearances this season include Pete Wentz, Lady Gaga, Nicole Scherzinger and Kelly Rowland.
