National Geographic Channel has alerted Monsters and Critics that Ed Wardle, the host of the documentary series, "Alone in the Wild," is facing health issues and may have to abandon the show.
Ed Wardle's stay in the Yukon Territory has been shortened due to concerns over his health, reports NGC.
Wardle is a filmmaker and star of the National Geographic Channel program “Alone in the Wild.” Ed videotapes his attempts at survival for a few months in the wilds of Yukon Territory, Canada - recording his journey with no outside support.
From Nat Geo:
Ed feels weak and drained in the cold without food.
If you are a fan of the show, please talk back and tell Ed what his efforts have meant to you as a viewer.
