Jerry Seinfeld NBC fired over a teaser clip of the first episode, where Seinfeld was at the track at Laguna Seca Raceway in his Porsche model 917, made famous by Steve McQueen in the movie Le Mans. EPA/JEFF KOWALSKY The network has moved Jay to an earlier time slot and 'The Jay Leno Show' has booked comic and actor Jerry Seinfeld for its premiere episode.The Jay Leno Show premieres September 14 on NBC. Seinfeld -- who will make an appearance on 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' later this fall -- is expected to perform one of his standup routines, which will also feature already announced musical guests Rihanna, Jay-Z and Kanye West.Both Leno and Seinfeld are avid car enthusiasts, and Jay's new show will feature many "Top Gear" type segments where Leno can discuss his passion for racing and classic cars.
