Dr. McSteamy, Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, who accidentally killed a nine year old while allegedly chatting on her cell phone in 2001, and some Hollywood-madam type are making the rounds in an explicit drug-fueled naked fun tape that leaves nothing to the imagination.

The inebriated threesome chat about their possible porn names, and then the action moves to the bathroom where the two ladies get naked, and an interesting exchange is caught between the Madam and Gayheart.

Gayheart, 38, revealing a bit of angst about her age, as she reacts to Kari Ann Peniche, 25, who says she has a seven-year old brother.  This admission nearly derails Gayheart in her naked duckie frolicking moment, as she freaks out a tad.

Peniche apparently was a Miss Teen USA in 2002, the year after Gayheart's fatal auto accident occurred.

Gawker claims that after a dethroning over salacious pictures surfacing and then a failed attempt at a Hollywood career, she slid into serving as a madam, working the Hollywood club scene as "Tristan Bailey."

That's not all! The madam Kari also was booted off of Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab (sex addiction) and according to Gawker, she clocked a cameraman, stole stuff and "entertained" unsavory drug dealer types at the Sun Valley sober house.

The cherry on this ice cream sundae is ONCE AGAIN, just like the John Edwards' mess, the National Enquirer scooped everyone on this story. The National Enquirer busted Gayheart in 2003 with a naked photo of her in a bathtub with an unidentified woman and a crack pipe.
