In general I agree with your homage to the series and the main actor Tony
but
1. it might be nice to praise the other actors as well as adding to the
success of the show
2 your saying his 'recovery' may be a bit premature
3, his abnormal fears did not all arise after the death of his wife but
were present in his youth
4. you used 'beloved' both in reference to his wife, Trudy and Sharona but
I really wonder if that is a suitable description for his first
assistant
4. how original is Monk may be a matter of debate for at least in terms
of crime situations, there is evidence that the witers were indebted to
Columbo while they, themselves, admit to relying on other sources as
well

Sorry to see this show go. Now am I dense or is Natalie and Sharona going to share the spotlight in different episodes, or is Sharona doing a cameo.
It appears that the post implies Sharona will return to her original role
