Awesome drinking and travel show "Three Sheets' is coming to Fine Living Network, with brand new shows premiering Monday, July 20th.
Can you say “I’m buying” in 12 languages?
Host Zane Lamprey can.
Lamprey takes a bit from the formula first established by Dave Attell in “Insomniac,” and even Michael Palin in "Palin's Travels," and in the spirit of the title of the show, Zane gets hammered with the willing locals in many interesting places off the beaten tourista track.
Zane's voice-over stitches together the journey to create a fun, ringside seat for the adventurous.
Now, this show is not a good idea if you are in recovery, or have any problems with managing alcohol. It celebrates the joie de vivre attitude of devil-may-care imbibing whilst traveling and making new friends, as Lamprey takes you around the world to master the local drinking customs.
The show follows Zane in a different location each show as he eats at an area restaurant, then chases a good meal with a night of drinking with some interesting "townies," and then he learns of their unique regional hangover cures.
Lamprey bops the world over, from Croatia, France, Ireland to Costa Rica.
Essentially you just sit back and enjoy the ride, as Lamprey represents Americans and tries to keep up and drink for national pride and honor. Lamprey dissects the local customs and traditions when it comes to the high alcohol content fermented or distilled beverages. All to prove Americans aren’t pusses when it comes to knocking them back.
For useful insider tips on where to stay, where to eat and what the real customs are, “Three Sheets” is a must TiVo and watch show.
Fine Living will be airing the never-before-seen Season 4, along with all your favorite episodes. Every weeknight at 10pm et/pt only on FLN. Behind the scenes:
