Television pitchman and reality TV star Billy Mays, 50, died suddenly in his home this weekend.
Even though there were no serious injuries reported, shortly after landing, Mays told a local news crew that he had taken a hit in the crash; he also Twittered the news of his injury.
There are allegations in the news that the cause of his death was a sudden head bump he sustained during a rough plane landing in Tampa, Fla. An autopsy will be performed on Monday.
On Saturday, after Mays filmed an OxiClean commercial in Philadelphia, he headed to Tampa aboard a US Airways flight that made a hard landing.

"All of a sudden as we hit," Mays said. "You know it was just the hardest hit. All the top...you know the things from the ceiling started dropping and it hit me on the head, but I got a hard head."
Mays' wife Deborah reportedly told investigators that Mays didn't feel well before he went to bed the night before.
