EPA/ADI WEDAProducers have culled terrifying footage of close calls on the jet way, sudden avalanche to unexpected shark and animal attacks. "Moments of Impact" airs Thursday, July 2 at 9pm ET/PT on Discovery Channel.The network has cobbled together unbelievable true-life stories "caught-on-camera" in a reality show unlike any other. According to Discovery, "Sixty pulse-pounding minutes unfold with explosions, crashes, courageous rescues, and stunts gone bad."“These are unforgettable images caught on film. The breadth and scale of experiences captured by Moments of Impact will keep viewers glued to the screen and on the edge of their seats,” said John Ford, President and General Manager of Discovery Channel. A teen regrets keeping a lion as a pet when it attacks his friend; an extreme skier tries to outrun an avalanche; and mobsters target a restaurant... but run fleeing when the owner opens fire.EPISODE TWO
A scuba diver tries to kiss a shark on the mouth and suffers a frightening bite instead, a bickering married couple get thrown from their boat, and a construction worker is forced to leap for his life when the building he's working on comes crashing down.EPISODE THREE
