Kobe and Kimmel, courtesy of ABC“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this Friday, June 19th will host the recently crowned 2009 NBA Champions Los Angeles Lakers in their first late-night talk show appearance together. Lakers team captains Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher along with several of their championship winning teammates, will chat with late-night host Jimmy Kimmel about how they managed to pull off a 4-1 series victory over the Orlando Magic and earn the 15th NBA Championship title for the Lakers franchise.The team’s championship season concluded with a 99-86 victory over the Orlando Magic on Sunday June 14th and the players will reflect on the road that brought them this title including the previous playoff rounds where they conquered the Utah Jazz, Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets.“Jimmy Kimmel Live” airs weeknights on ABC at 12:05 a.m. ET/PT
