Bill Maher did a very interesting thing on the last, "Real Time with Bill Maher."
On his HBO show that lampoons the sacred cows of politics and popular culture, Maher suprised the right with his lashing out against Obama, who he urged to use some "audacity" per the president's campaign slogan promise.
"Real Time with Bill Maher" continues its seventh season in prime time Friday, June 19 (10:00-11:00 p.m. live ET/tape-delayed PT), exclusively on HBO, with an instant replay at 11:00 p.m. following the live presentation.
Maher spins his satirical eye on a wide swath of contemporary issues, the show includes an opening monologue, roundtable discussions with panelists, and interviews with in-studio and satellite guests.
The roundtable guests this week include political strategist Paul Begala, reporter Katty Kay and humorist Joel Stein. Journalist Hooman Majd and columnist Meghan McCain are interview guests.
Other HBO playdates: June 21 (1:30 p.m., 2:35 a.m.), 22 (8:00 p.m.) and 24 (11:00 p.m.)
HBO2 playdates: June 19 (2:55 a.m.), 20 (10:00 a.m., midnight), 21 (7:00 p.m.) and 23 (10:00 p.m.)

When is Bill Maher going to come clean and admit he's pissed John Edwards didn't win the election. It's kind of like Raquel Welch not admitting she was ever a stripper. It kind of lays there.
Bill admits that multiculturalism is bad exept when it comes to Mexican immigrants. The book 'Mexifornia' should probably be added to his reading list.
