Sandra Bullock is deliberately kept in the dark over her husband, "Celebrity Apprentice" ex contestant Jesse James' day-to-day death defying stunts on Spike TV's new testosterone-fueled series.

James may be the most fearless guy on TV by performing death defying stunts on his new show, "Jesse James Is A Dead Man," but what does wife Sandra Bullock think about his dangerous job?
He tells Extra, “She’s excited about it. She just wants to make sure I’m safe. I usually don’t tell her too much about it until after I’m done. I’ll give her the cliff notes version…Then show her the video after and then she’s pissed because I didn’t tell her.”
Luckily, James has stayed safe but admits he’s had his share of scratches and bruises. “Busted a couple ribs, bruised a lung, chipped a bone on the back of my pelvis, chipped a bone in my elbow. Nothing major.”
Bullock is James' third wife, and the couple appear to be an unlikely pair, as James was married to porn star Janine Lindemulder prior to their union. She is currently in priosn for tax evasion.
James is a reformed juvenile delinquent, ex-college football player, former rock-band bodyguard, motorcylce customizer entrepreneur and publisher. Like Bullock, he also made People's 50 Most Beautiful list.
West Coast Choppers, his shop in Long Beach, California, has built pricey customized rides for a mess of celebrities, and the success of his body shop led to the launch of "Monster Garage" on the Discovery Channel in 2002. It was that show that led to the couple meeting, when Bullock arranged a set visit for her nephew who was a fan.
The two will soon celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary and are definitely fans of each other. Bullock says, “He couldn’t do what I do and I couldn’t do what he does.”
Jesse James Is A Dead Man airs Sundays on Spike TV.
“Extra’s” interview with Jesse James airs tonight.
