I was able to download my 4 coupons, but when I went to my local KFC, the wait for my food was 1 hour and 6 mins. The 2 pieces of chicken were so small a 5yr old would've been left hungry. My 2 Boys and I were not allowed to get the sides we wanted, instead we were told that we could go somewhere else if we didnt like it.I'll go to El Pollo Loco next time.

A sit in?!?! Over some chicken?!?! Wow, that's sad... And why is Oprah, queen of trying to be skinny, encouraging people to eat at KFC? I mean, I know this new product is 'grilled' but it's still KFC. Don't tell me that you believe it's actually good for you.

Any time people think they will get something free they turn into idiots.

What is clearly the main issue here is illegal advertising practices. Corporations are always putting so many stipulations on offers, that it almost makes it impossible to redeem such offers.

My KFC was empty when I went to redeem the coupons. The manager refused to honor them giving the reason that he was told by coporate that some coupons were fake. So, he had us fill out papers for a rain check and took our coupons to send to coporate. We got no chicken that day. Now, a month later, we're still waiting. KFC will wait a long time before they see another nickel from this old time customer. (I met Mr. Saunders at the opening of the first KFC in Cleveland.)
