Smith will be performing her signature song, "Ave Maria" which impressed across the pond on reality competition, "Britain's Got Talent."
Her performance earned this 13-year-old glowing praise from Simon Cowell who described her as "literally one in a million."
Last week, Smith performed on The Ellen Degeneres show where Ellen marveled at Smith's accomplishments at such a young age. Smith also stopped by the Extra TV studios for a chat about the album.
Faryl Smith's debut CD was released on May 5th in the US on Decca. This "Britain's Got Talent" star was awarded the biggest record deal ever given to a young classical artist, by Decca/Universal Music. The Sunday Times in London said Faryl "...sings like an angel, sells like Luciano Pavarotti." Faryl quickly achieved gold status in the UK and surpassed the likes of U2, Taylor Swift and Kelly Clarkson on the charts.
"This has been amazing... I can't believe everything that's happening and I'm still only 13," the young singer declared. "Every singer dreams of recording their own album, but to have this chance at my age is amazing."
Faryl consists of a mix of 12 tracks ranging from such signature classics as "Amazing Grace" to the Welsh hymn "Calon Lan," and has added a new dimension to the album with "Annie's Song" - Faryl's rendition of US country star John Denver's classic hit.
Smith will be making a stop in New York for a showcase performance on May 7 at the Kaplan Penthouse.
