'Life' has its finale, NBC's drama ends season April 8

The season two finale episode, titled "One" sees Crews (Damian Lewis) locate his partner Reese (Sarah Shahi) who has gone missing while on loan to the F.B.I.
Probably one of the best scripted shows on NBC is "Life", starring Donal Logue, Adam Arkin and Damian Lewis. The show is a layered dramedy that takes interesting chances for network television.
The season two finale episode airs Wednesday April 8 at 9 PM on NBC,
The season two finale episode, titled "One" sees Crews (Damian Lewis) locate his partner Reese (Sarah Shahi) who has gone missing while on loan to the F.B.I.
Her disappearance is directly tied to Crews and he will do whatever it takes to get her back. In the events that transpire, shocking details about the conspiracy against Crews (who was falsely imprisoned for years) will be revealed. Gabrielle Union, Donal Logue, Brent Sexton and Adam Arkin also star.

The drama "Life," from Rand Ravich ("The Astronaut's Wife") and Far Shariat ("Confessions of a Dangerous Mind"), focuses on a detective who is given a second chance.
Golden Globe nominee Damian Lewis ("Band of Brothers") plays complex, offbeat Detective Charlie Crews, who returns to the force after serving time in prison for a crime he didn't commit.
Crews' new lease on life has provided him with a Zen-like outlook, peace of mind and no need for vengeance, an attitude which can be challenging to maintain when someone he cares about is threatened -- or when he is investigating the mystery surrounding the murder he was falsely accused of.
Lewis is joined by cast members Sarah Shahi as Dani Reese, Charlie's skeptical and demanding partner; Brent Sexton as Officer Bobby Stark; Donal Logue as Captain Kevin Tidwell, and Adam Arkin as Crew's former cellmate Ted Earley.

Love LIFE! Plese don't cancel it!!!!
This is the best finale show. It gives enough closure to the questions surrounding Charlie's past, and opens up whole new plot lines to explore. I will be in agony waiting for the next season. PLEASE don't cancel this show!
Life is soooooo good. They can't cancel it! Please, NBC, just one more season.

Wow, I'm so caught up in reading these blogs and worried that this was the series finale and not season finale, that I put 'series series series' but meant 'season, season season' finale. Please dont let this be the series finale!!!
This is a great show. Great writing. Good acting. Interesting story line.
Not a reality show or dumb sit com. Therefore it has no chance of making it past the powers that be at NBC. Long Live 'Life'
Please don't cancel Life - there are few good shows worth watching on TV anymore - Life was one of them - Leave it to NBC to cancel a good show - that's why their ratings are down - because they have canceled all the good shows - hopefully USA will pick it up - that's where the good TV shows are anyway
This is an amazing, smart and entertaining series. The actors are wonderful, the writing is intelligent and fun. Please keep it on the air. There are very very few well written shows, that are a delight to watch and have excellent actors. Most shows are just knock offs of other shows and are written for age 11 level of understanding.
Bring back Life next year!
Leave it to NBC to cancel a good show... Please do not cancel Life. This show deserves a better treatment than what NBC have shown - why they put this show on Friday nights was beyond me? I was glad when they moved it back to Wednesday... now give Life a chance to gain it's momentum again on season 3.
I join my voice with others to urge the return of Life next season. It's an interesting show, with interesting characters and interesting plot lines. If NBC would just show it regularly in its time slot, it would probably have a chance.
I hope they don't cancel Life. I like it so much!!
I don't know if anyone from NBC will be reading this but it's not to often that I plea to save a televisions series. “Life” has been one of the best dramas on TV in a long time and it would be a shame not to see the show continue for another season.
The writing has been great and the cast ensemble has been fantastic with all of the actors: Damian Lewis, Sarah Shahi, Brent Sexton, Donal Logue, and Adam Arkin. There could be so much more for Brent Sexton and Donal Logue to be involved with in future episodes.
Please, keep “Life” on NBC.

NBC would be really dumb to not renew this show, other then the shows on TNT, Life is the best thing on. I have not watched NBC for years, now I watch everyweek; I will be waiting on a string for Life next season. I absolutly love Life, everthing about it is a perfect mix.
Does NBC ever think that airing it against LOST might have somthing to do with their lower-than-expected ratings? Now I love Life, but I watch Lost in Wednessdays, BUT I always catch Life immediately the day after on NBC.com. I even do that with their current hit, The Office, because I'd rather spend 30 min the next day catching up on that than an hour catching up on CSI.
Maybe they should take a gander at their online views to see how well the show is really doing...

It is one of the best show out, I love the people and the way they interact with each other by far one of the best on TV..

The season finale of Life was amazing. I really hope NBC doesn't cancel it like they have done to so many great shows. It is so refreshing to see a smart and witty scripted show.
NBC, please cancel Southland and don't bring Leno to prime time, bring back Life. It is one of the bright spots on TV.
Living in The Netherland we still have a couple of episodes to go before the finale. But the show is great, I enjoy a series with complicated characters showing different 'out of the box' thinking minds. NBC should keep going and then I have to keep my fingers crossed that the Dutch tv channel with keep buying it.
I need season three! LIFE is one of the few shows I watch on TV. I stopped watching LOST on Wednesdays to support the show, let it not be in vain!
We LOVE this show. Please don't cancel it. It is funny, thoughtful, well written -- not the usual television drivel that's left to choose from these days. The characters and story lines are complex and enjoyable. There are few shows left that we watch anymore, please don't let us lose another one.
I was shocked to find out from my husband that Life may not be renewed next year. I have been an avid Life watcher and I have enjoyed the ingenious writing and acting. The finale is by far one of the best season finales I have watched in numerous years. I hope NBC brings it back for a third season.

NBC please renew this series! Life is the best acted, and best written show on television. Give it a chance to gather momentum, Cheers, and Law and Order were not a hits until its second or third seasons. It has an impossible hill to overcome going up against Lost, and American Idol. Plus it went into limbo last year with the writer's strike. It deserves another chance!!!
Please (much begging on knees) bring back Life next season. Just saw the finale in Australia and was glued to the set. Couldn't sleep for thinking about the new set of questions this episode has raised. It would not be 'Zen' if you axed this show with these questions still unanswered. Brava Damian Lewis you are the intelligent woman's Man. You make the show. Kudos to the supporting cast as you are all great!
This is outrageous!!! Life was one of the best series on TV and they are canceling it. NBC is clearly heading towards its doom. I hope Jay Leno Fails. NSC sucks!!!
