Oprah have save so many people and have given to all. No one should ever say anything bad about her. She is a blessing from God. For years he has talked about spouse abuse and that if they hit you once they will hit you again. Her stance hasn't changed.

You can't fix people's personal issues and problems. That's their responsibility to work out! Oprah spoke out period. It may not have been in the time you would have liked, but Oprah spoke about the matter when she felt it appropriate. No one's relationship is perfect! Probably not even Oprah's!

My first reaction was that this guy should be put to death. But I've never known anyone like this, it's outside my realm of experience, never even a distant acquaintance so cowardly, vicious, and petty. Maybe drugs help explain it - Mr. Brown so stoned that what would normally be harmless 'button bushing' unleashes all his demons. Whatever the case, there are huge character issues here. Can counseling solve this? Maybe with the help of older & wiser friends, but only if Mr. Brown has the courage and discipline to face his reality and keep at it over time. This is the test - fail it and there's prison in his future or worse.
