American Idol addicts can rejoice: This season, American Idol Rewind gives them the chance to take a trip back in time and relive the formation of Season 4’s top 10 in an all new episode to debut Saturday, March 14th 2009.
It’s a tough two weeks of competition starting with the first week's assignment to sing "Songs of the Sixties”.

Carrie Underwood admits to Rewind that her choice of “When Will I Be Loved” was “definitely safe.” She also reveals how nervous she was, “I just wanted to get through my song and not hurl on stage!”
Additional Top 12 highlights include Bo Bice's performance of “Spinning Wheel.” When the votes are finally counted, America proves judge Simon Cowell's prediction is accurate.
Included in this special episode is also week 11 when season four contestants perform Billboard #1 Hits.
Some are solid selections with the judges, like Vonzell Solomon's breakout performance of “Best of My Love” and Carrie Underwood's powerful rendition of Heart's “Alone”.
Other performances leave the judges confused, like Constantine Maroulis' rendition of The Partridge Family's “I Think I Love You” and Nadia Turner's hair-raising take on “Time After Time,” complete with a “fro-hawk”. In never before seen interviews, Mikalah Gordon recalls her disappointing performance and candidly discusses how she dealt with her elimination.
