Hasselbeck has no defence so she changed the subject!
I don't know a single Alaskan, hunting guide, or wildlife biologist that approves of this barbaric practice.
Real Alaskans, those who have hunted for decades, respect wildlife and when they take a life, they do it in the most humanely manner possible so the animal doesn't suffer. Anyone shooting wildlife from a plane is a lunatic and a disgrace to this state.
Elizabeth needs to find a new home, maybe with Rush? She cannot stay on topic and starts spewing the same vitrol that we hear from Republicans on a daily basis. They are obviously very angry over the election of President Obama and cannot let it go...we endured eight long years of their man, and they need to get off their high horses and support Obama or at a minimum, just shut-up!
I support the aerial wolf hunts and I am not a barbarian. I love it when the nation tells me how I should live. Walk in my shoes. I live in a land of amazing beauty with many obstacles. The long cold winters and the expense of food in our supermarkets (I pay over $5.00 a pound for fatty hamburger) makes hunting necessary to sustain my way of life. I pay over $6000 per season (Oct-April) to heat my home. If shooting a wolf leaves a moose for my family eat for a winter, I am in 100% support. Walk in my shoes before opening your mouth.
I get the Alaska perspective because my province is the gateway into that state. People in the Southern States don't have a clue about what living in the North entails. I come from a family of humane hunters with native roots who hunt for food not sport, and we don't need people who have no idea about wildlife management to spew their opinions about such sensationalized subjects. Should we send in ground troops to cull the wolves? Has anybody ever seen how wildlife culls their own life cycles?
People who have never lived on a farm, hunted for food, or grown a garden should sit down and hush up. These are the same types who don't have a clue about polar bears or seals, but are content to parade sensationalized pictures to support their causes.

I used to live in Alaska and believe me, most people DO NOT support Palin and her wolf hunts. It's inhumane and she does not care, As long as there are more caribou for the hunters to shoot, that in turn brings in more money for her state. Bottom line is wolves are killed for money. Hassleback needs to get her facts straight.
Hasselbeck is constantly running off the mouth - long past time to get rid of her. I quit watching The View months ago.
Science or Hollywood emotion? You decide, John Schoen, Audubon Alaska’s senior scientist. “We are not categorically opposed to predator control,” he replied. “For example, we strongly supported fox and rat removal from the Aleutians to restore native bird populations there and would not have opposed wolf control on the southern Alaska Peninsula, where the caribou population had declined precipitously.
You see Judd is not there, does not live there and is running on emotion. Sad that someone would put emotion ahead of logic.
Kill them all, everywhere, not just in Alaska. Come to Michigan next where they are killing all the deer.
There are intelligent conservatives. Hasslebeck isn't one of them. She's part of a propaganda machine that will revert to calling women 'baby killers' anytime they feel threatened on their high moral horses.
elisabeth is right on. it blows my mind how people can be so concerned about wild animals yet find it ok to abort babies. maybe ashley judd would change her selfish if she had a child of he own. hollywood needs to shut the h--- up.
Hasselbeck is right on and that Judd ad is so stupid. The wolves have nowhere to escape in the middle of winter. What is the relevance of that? What about the wolves eating the caribou and all the people who need to eat the caribou being hungry? Well I hope she is a veggie and she feeds her cats and dog veggie pet food, has never aborted any of her children is pro life and that she will make adverts for the naughty wolves who are eating all the caribou to teach them not to do it and send those wolves up some veggie burgers. I do not think the wolves woulld like her for it! Perhaps the wolves should be allowed to make the caribou and moose extinct in Alaska instead? Then they can become extinct or eat people especially babies because the real point of these faux compassionate people is their support for the annihilation of innocent children in the womb and they try to make themselves feel better by loving an imaginary cartoon version of animals. What a stupid woman that Juddn and her supporters are!!!
Elizabeth Hasslebeck insults (almost) everyone's intelligence and tries our patience. I think Joy and Whoopi were quite right to try to keep her on task. Not everyone equates abortion with baby killing and for her to try to tie her pet issue with this one just served to take the focus off the wolf killing and makes us all mad! Is she there for comic relief? Blah, blah, blah. Aerial wolf killing (and by the way wolf pup executions) are brutal, inhumane practices. And many (true) hunters have said this. Elizabeth deflected this serious issue, and as much as said, 'Oh, well.' Where is the humanity?
Boo, hiss.
Listen you anti hunting weirdos. If hunting like this wasn't done a wolf would be your in your yard and community trashing the place and killing off everything so ok you anti hunters go read more of that celeb bull $&@& and realize Jeez I really need to get out more and do something with my pathetic self. Hunting is the most fun thing to do outside. So what about killing of wolves what are you gonna do about it???? I can tell you.. Nothing!!
Okay, 'whocar3s'- blah blah, blah... who cares? We Care!!! there's a HUGE difference between hunting for sport, and humanley contoling an animal population problem. I'm not going to waste time trying to convince your moronic brain that this is a cruel action, but those who have reverence for the other species of this planet, know that this is wrong and we should do what we can to stop it!
