The episode "Body of Water" airs Friday, January 23, 2009 @ 8pm ET/PT on CBS.Hewitt's character Melinda faces her biggest challenge since Jim's death. Dozens of angry ghosts are suddenly haunting Grandview, at the same time that Melinda has to face off with the woman Sam planned to propose to -- and all while somehow keeping her gift a secret.CBS publicists have confirmed to Monsters and Critics today that Hilary Duff is cast in an upcoming episode of "Ghost Whisperer" as a "beautiful woman of mystery" who might be complicit in the death of someone.Duff is also announced by Variety to be the lead actor in a new NBC comedy.The series, "Barely Legal" see Duff as a student who aces the bar exam and moves forward to become the state of California's youngest attorney.
