NBC is dipping its toe once again into reality, with executive producer Ryan Seacrest's series, "Momma's Boys," premiering December 16 at 10pm after the Biggest Loser finale.
The premise involves three possessive, yet loving mothers who must help their lazy sons choose the perfect woman as it ultimately poses the question: "Who is really the most important woman in every man's life?"
Over the course of six weeks, viewers get the fly-on-the-wall treatment as showdowns and rivalries, combined with raw, personal moments between mother and son erupt and unfold.
The 32 single women - some classy and some clunkers - will vie for the attention of the three eligible bachelors and their critical eyed-mothers who live with them throughout the series.
The show aims to expose the nitty-gritty familial conflicts that pit a mother's wishes against a son's desires and reveal the truth about who plays a more crucial role in a young man's life - his mother or his girlfriend.
Here is a preview of the drama, romance and personal moments between the momma's boys, their moms and the 32 single women of "Momma's Boys":
