Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt 'wed' for 'Hills' ratings

The poster children for the master race: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt - have allegedly "wed" in secrecy.
They allegedly didn't invite family or friends to their Cabo San Lucas wedding.
"MTV is currently filming Heidi and Spencer in Mexico, as we were expecting to capture them on vacation," the show's executive producer, Liz Gateley, told MTV.
"Fans will be able to see the exclusive footage from the ceremony in an upcoming episode, and we will continue to follow the newlyweds' relationship as it plays out in real life."
The Hills is on a break, and the footage will air in the series' fifth season.
