Rollins was always critical of the American occupation in Iraq, and now travels to Northern Ireland to present a case that parallels the occupation to the conflict that turned Northern Ireland into a battleground for thirty odd years, and represented decades of sectarian violence that was escalated by Britain’s military occupation of the region.

In Henry Rollins: Uncut, the opinionated former lead singer of “Black Flag,” front man of the “Rollins Band,” actor, author and spoken word artist, gives us a unique take on the current political state with the help of local historians, political figures and residents who live and currently struggle in the wake of crisis.
Henry will interview with locals who played a significant role during “The Troubles” of Northern Ireland and their thoughts on how America, too, may find resolution in Iraq.
Eamonn McCann
IFC shares that Henry's interviews will include civil rights leader Eamonn McCann, who played a major role in “Bloody Sunday,” the First Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, Peter Robinson, and a discreet interview with a former IRA member who fought and killed for the resistance against the British Military and subsequently was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Henry uncovers a precedent to the American occupation in Iraq and the resulting sectarian divide that still shakes the region today. His stand-up segment that follows plays to a sold-out house in Belfast.
IFC continues their collaboration with Henry Rollins, following the success of his Uncut from Israel special in 2007. The also host his "Henry Rollins Show".
Rollins returned to IFC November 7, 2008 with three, one-hour uncensored specials exposing the reality of some of the most recognized tragedies, political injustices and violence in our recent world history.
