Twilight mania spilled into the smallscreen this morning.
Film stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart of the monster phenomenon known as "Twilight" were on the Today Show, and their fans swamped the studio.
The two are shocked by their new found fame, as fans have been lining up and camping out in anticipation for the premiere, tomorrow night, November 21st.
Robert Pattinson finds himself the top of the "hot": He is a young British stunner who plays Edward Cullen, Twilight's conflicted teenage vampire.
Sporting creamy skin, full lips and big eyes, Pattinson has perfected the modern male bedroom stare that snares Bella, played by Kristen Stewart.
Author Stephenie Meyer's series of books has replaced Harry Potter as the series to read for teenagers.
Bella (Kristen Stewart), who has come to Forks, Wash., to live with her police-chief dad, meets her Edward in biology class, and she affects him deeply.
The two told TODAY that they both were unfamiliar with the literary franchise the film is based on prior to their accepting the roles.
The two were led out to their fans where pandemonium broke out. NBC Studios at Rockefeller Center in New York City was ringed by screaming and crying fans.
