Bruno set to be as annoying as Borat: Gatecrasher Cohen disrupts 'Medium'

One of the nicest sets in all of smallscreen land is "Medium", the long-running NBC show that stars Patricia Arquette and Jake Weber as a husband and wife who have a unique challenge in their marriage: Her character Allison is a psychic, and is pulled into all sorts of crime-solving situations to aid the police.

Arquette and Weber were joined by grips, gaffers and more from her show to bring donated items to people who were reeling from the disaster. Apparently the AD or casting director was completely hoodwinked by Sacha Baron Cohen, who is filming his "Bruno" guerrilla-style, all unbeknown to the surrounding parties who find themselves in his movie instead of their fashion show, airport waiting area, Prop 8 protest or TV episode.On Nov 7, production on "Medium" was temporarily shut down when Cohen, who was an Extra, kept interrupting a courtroom scene involving series star Patricia Arquette. He was ejected from the set."No one had a clue it was Sacha playing Bruno," a Medium insider told Michael Ausiello at EW. "It's amazing he was able to infiltrate the set and pull this off."How the footage was gathered (or not) by Bruno wasn't made clear, and whether or not NBC will give up the spoiler footage to aid the filmmakers in their Bruno project is also not known.
