Cheech & Chong - aka Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong - made a name forthemselves with their drug-laced humor, which dominated the comedy scene in the seventies with such routines as "Earache My Eye," "Basketball Jones," "Santa Claus and His Old Lady" and "Sister Mary Elephant."
They had hits on the big screen with a number of cult favorite movies, such as "Up in Smoke," "Nice Dreams" and "Things are Tough All Over."
Amid his acting career, Cheech became a fine artist, and tours with his Chicano art collection all over the world.
Chong had a thriving art glass bong business until the Feds in the Bush Administration made him enemy number one and incarcerated him after a lengthy and expensive trial for sending drug paraphernalia over state lines. Chong_interview
