05/27/2007 - Toni Collette - star of The United States of Tara for Showtime © Solarpix / PhotorazziThe new series takes on multiple personalities inside a marriage, and stars Toni Collette, John Corbett (Sex and the City) in this new original series written by Diablo Cody and produced by Steven Spielberg. Tara is described as a wife and mother of two children, married to Corbett's character Max, and who also happens to have multiple personality disorder.One identity is a lustful teen girl and one is a gun-loving macho man.The show is scheduled to premiere in January 2009.Showtime just released this tease for the new series to Monsters and Critics.
