The 28-year-old was cited by Vegas cops after allegedly striking a guard when he wouldn't let her back into a nightclub to retrieve her cellphone, reported People.com.The altercation took place at Caesar's Palace's Pure nightclub at 4am on Wednesday.Semel wasn't arrested afterwards, but she will have to pay a fine or appear before a judge.A Las Vegas police officer tells People.com that Semel was taken to the hotel's security office, where she was "cited for battery and released."Bisexual Tequila has told the press she was exclusively dating Semel, after rejecting all the male and female contestants on the second season of her MTV reality show "A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila."
