I liked your article, however, The ' dubious performances of last year 'comment,was inaccurate! Sanjaya receieved too many votes from fans and professionals who adored Sanjayas performances,for you to put him in the dubious category.Last year all the contestants had a couple of not so good songs,but Sanjaya just got better and better.In fact,if you go on line you can still play his older performances and they were wonderful! You Really got me,Bathwater,Besame Mucho,etc. He did a fantastic job at the Am idol concert too, last summer singing and dancing frankly almost better than anyone else! What a guy,What a talent! Sanjaya is Unique and as his new song says about Sanjaya , 'you have never met a guy like me ' !!! He hooked my heart on the show,and I will be a fan for the life of his career ,which I expect and hope for him,is a very long time.

I agree with that last comment here, Sanjaya was unduly abused last year ! I have noticed lately Sanjaya is being copied in multiple subtle and not so subtle ways by many entertainers. He has a unique sound, unique look and wide appeal.I also agree at the concert last summer, Sanjaya was definitely the star! He moved great ,and I can't understand why Am Idol hasn't found a way to involve him in raising their ratings, like, getting him to perform and dance on stage,similar to last summers concert.

I heard Sanjaya is going to have a book in the new year.I sure hope they do a lot of publicity for it so people know about it.So many books come and go because nobody hears about them till they are on sale at the dollar store ! He probably has a great story.I hope they make it into a movie,starring Sanjaya.Our family hopes we see him this fall on Am idol to sing and dance.I bet he is a really good dancer with some professional guidance.We need clean cut nice kids like Sanjaya to change the way kids relate to the world.Sanjaya is a great mentor,he is very generous to his fans we noticed .Great kid!
