This is the first time the BAFTA award winning sci-fi series will be available for purchase and download from the iTunes Store in the U.S. (LINK). Fans can purchase entire Seasons One, Two and Three of BBC America's series "Doctor Who." The reimagined "Doctor Who" was created by Russell T Davies, and furthers the time-traveling adventures of the iconic Time Lord (played by David Tennant) and his feisty companions - who travel across the universe in the TARDIS to protect Earth from ghoulish and nefarious outer space dangers.This announcement heralds the fact that the BBC is officially bringing its largest presence ever to Comic-Con 2008 in San Diego starting Thursday, July 24. Big news, as the BBC America will have a booth on the exhibition floor plus a host of creators and stars from four international hit series - "Doctor Who," "Torchwood", "Primeval" and "Spaced."
